TUCSON, ARIZONA (May 2025) – A variety of lease transactions were recently completed in metro Tucson, signaling continued demand for flex, industrial, office, and retail space. Leasing activity reflects strong momentum in multiple submarkets, from fitness and food service expansions to industrial renewals and small business growth. Highlights include AZ Entrance Systems securing 9,000 square feet on Grant Road, Tuk Tuk Thai adding a third Tucson location at The Plaza at Williams Centre, and DSW Shoe Warehouse renewing its 23,440-square-foot retail lease. From May 12 to 16, 2025, a total of 24,673 square feet in new leases and 37,696 square feet in lease renewals were reported to the Real Estate Daily News.
