The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from April 13 thru April 17, 2015.

RETAIL – 5251 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., EAST SPEEDWAY PLAZA, TUCSON
Locally owned, Summit Hut, will be expanding into a 14,000-square-foot showroom at 5251 E Speedway Blvd in Tucson. Summit Hut, an outdoor equipment and clothing store, will move from its current location at 5045 E Speedway Blvd. to open at the larger location at Speedway and Beverly on September 27, and will continue to maintain its other store at 7745 N Oracle Road. Andy Seleznov, CCIM, and Melissa Lal, CCIM, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, LLC.

MEDICAL OFFICE SUBLEASE AT 2055 W HOSPITAL DR, TUCSON
Catalina Chest Clinic, P.C., a group of six board certified physician in Pulmonary Disease, subleased 6,086-square-feet at 2055 W. Hospital Dr., Suite 205, Tucson from Northwest Rheumatology, PLLC. Catalina Chest Clinic was already in the building in Suite #175 and maintains a second satellite office at 1521 E Tangerine Rd, Ste. #325, Oro Valley. Andrew D. OFFICE / WAREHOUSE – 4279 S SANTA RITA, Tucson Business Park
Tempe- based, Goldstar Logistics AZ Corporation leased 4,695-square-feet of office / warehouse space at 4279 South Santa Rita from CJR Properties, Inc. The tenant will use the office and warehouse for its delivery company. The space is located within Tucson Business Park, and brings this project to 100% occupancy. Other tenants there include Taylor Distributors, Kellogg Supply, Elite Delivery and Aire Filter Products. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the landlord in this transaction. RETAIL – 7980 N ORACLE RD, STE #110, ORO VALLEY
Oro Valley CrossFit: dba Amazing Transformations LLC leased 1,300-square-feet at 7980 N. Oracle Road Suite #110, Oro Valley. The property is on the hard corner at the southeast corner of Magee and Oracle Roads with Fletcher’s Tire Center and Little Caesar’s as co-tenants in the Plaza Escondida Shopping Center, anchored by Marshall’s and Trader Joe’s. Aaron LaPrise, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | Picor assisted the landlord, the Christopher Family Trust of Encino, CA and James P. Robertson Jr., CCIM, Senior Commercial Associate Broker with Realty Executives Tucson Elite, assisted the tenant.

“Oro Valley Cross Fit’s new center consists of 1,300-rentable-square-feet. This transaction gave the tenant an opportunity to display their techniques in a new center and offer their clients a convenient location.
