Phoenix-based Harkins Theaters leased the 45,650 sq. ft. 12-screen theater at 5755 W Arizona Pavilions Drive in Marana, located at Cortaro Road and I-10 in the Arizona Pavilions, formerly occupied by independently owned, Tower Theaters. Harkins’ Arizona Pavilions 12 has undergone extensive remodeling and upgrading and will reopen to the public in time for the blockbuster release of Iron Man 3 on May 2, 2013. This is Harkins’ second Cineplex in the Tucson area; the other being Harkins Tucson Spectrum 18 at 5455 S Calle Santa Cruz in Tucson.
