The Department of Child Safety has expanded their leased premises to a total of ±40,777-square-feet at Madera Business Park. Madera Business Park is located at 2760 S. 4th Avenue, in South Tucson. The Premises will be used for providing services of the Department of Child Safety. The expansion is scheduled to completed and open for business July 2020.
Southwest Valley Constructors Co. leased 26,446-sq1uare-feet at The Bisbee Plaza, located at the SEC of S. Naco Highway & AZ-92 in Bisbee, Arizona. The Premises will be used as a management office and for related uses. They are scheduled to open for business April 2020.
