Skechers has leased a 17,929-square-feet space at the Circle Plaza Shopping Center, located at the SE corner of Broadway Blvd. and Kolb Rd. in Tucson. The Premises will be used for the retail sale of men’s, women’s and children’s footwear, apparel and accessories. They are scheduled to open for business January 2018. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, while Leslie J. Mayer, Greg Furrier and Adam Madison, of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
RETAIL – 3961 EAST SPEEDWAY BLVD., STE.414-416, TUCSON
Canyon State Strength and Conditioning, LLC, leased 2,315-square-feet at Central Point Business Plaza, 3961 East Speedway Boulevard, Suites 414-415 in Tucson. The tenant will open a CrossFit gym in this accessible, centrally-located property, catering to University of Arizona students and the public. The landlord, Central Point Tucson, LLC, was represented by Jeff Zellet of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the tenant.
RETAIL – 4261 W. INA RD., STE 101, MARANA
Worden Physique, LLC leased 2,100-square-feet at 4261 West Ina Road, Suite 101 in Marana. The tenant will offer personal training and fitness classes. The landlord, Sun Creek, L.L.C, was represented by Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the tenant.
RETAIL – NWC 1ST AVE & WETMORE, TUCSON PLACE SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON
AZ Dept. of Emergency & Military Affairs has leased a 1,482-square-foot space at the Tucson Place Shopping Center, located at the NW corner of First Ave. and Wetmore Rd. in Tucson. The Premises will be used for administrative and recruiting offices for the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs and the Arizona Army National Guard. They are scheduled to open for business October 2017. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, while Chris Corney of JLL Americas represented the tenant.
RETAIL – RANCHO SAHUARITA MARKETPLACE, SAHUARITA
Wags and Whiskers. LLC leased 1,200-square-feet within Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace for a pet grooming and day boarding business. Rancho Sahuarita Marketplace is a Fry’s-anchored shopping center at the northwest corner of Rancho Sahuarita Boulevard and Sahuarita Road in Sahuarita. The Landlord is Rancho Sahuarita Commercial Ventures, LLC. Inc., represented the Tenant. Dave Hammack, Brenna Lacey, and Kevin Volk of Volk Company handled the transaction.
RETAIL – 7932 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Vendamerica, Inc., dba Boost Store by Launch Wireless leased 1,200-square-feet at 7932 East Broadway Boulevard in Tucson. Other tenants in the center include Wingstop, Papa Loco’s, Arizona Mattress, and Sports Buzz. Brenna Lacey of Volk Company represented the Landlord, Pantano/Broadway, LLC.
RETAIL – 3870 W RIVER RD., STE 108, MARANA
Velvet Vapors, LLC, leased 1,200-square-feet at 3870 West River Road, Suite 108, within Marana Marketplace. The landlord, Marana Marketplace Partners, LLC, was represented by Melissa Lal of Larsen Baker. Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the tenant.
