Orangetheory Fitness has signed a lease for 3,400-square-feet in a new retail building to be constructed at the Shoppes at Continental Ranch, the Safeway anchored shopping center located at 170 N. Silverbell Road, at the southeast corner of Silverbell and Tangerine Roads in Marana, Arizona. Orangetheory Fitness specializes in group personal training sessions and has over 700 locations nationwide. This will be their sixth location in the Tucson area and they are expected to open in the second quarter of 2018.
