Hollis, Jr. with Cushman & Wakefield, Atlanta, GA., represented the tenant in this transaction.

Oracle Rd., Suite 200 in Tucson from Natomand, LLC.  Isaac Figueroa, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant and Alan Moore with Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1684 S. RESEARCH LOOP, TUCSON

INDUSTRIAL – 252 S. PLUMER AVE., TUCSON
Joseph Campbell Properties, LLC leased 1,900-square-feet at 252 S. Plumer Ave. in Tucson from Keller Associates, Inc.  Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – NW CORNER of I-19 and IRVINGTON RD., TUCSON

Pima County Democratic Party, leased 900-square-feet at 2014 East Irvington Road for the campaign headquarters of Daniel Hernandez for the State Legislature. The space is located within Centre Point Plaza, anchored by Food City. The landlord, Academy Medical Center, LLC, was represented by Aubrey Finkelstein with Vast Commercial Real Estate Solutions, LLC.  Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the tenant, Pima County Democratic Party.

OFFICE – 899 N. WILMOT RD., TUCSON
