TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Highlighted this week is an industrial ground lease for 1.81 acres to MDH Trucking at 2630 E Ginter Road in Tucson handled by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Industrial Specialists, Ron Zimmerman, Principal, Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Jesse Blum, Principal, representing the landlord and Chris Tsighis, with Coldwell Banker Realty, representing the tenant.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from August 1 - 5, 2022.

INDUSTRIAL – 2630 E GINTER RD, TUCSON
MDH Trucking LLC leased 1.81 acres of industrial land, located at 2630 E. Ginter Rd. in Tucson, from Halter Holdings LLC. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Industrial Specialists, Ron Zimmerman, Principal, Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Jesse Blum, Principal, represented the landlord in this transaction. Chris Tsighis, with Coldwell Banker Realty, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 1679 N HALRON COURT, TUCSON
Jose Zepeda  leased a contractor’s yard at 1679 N. Halron Court, Tucson. The 20,022 square-foot fence lot has I-1 zoning, a sliding gate and curb cut. Located near I-10, Speedway Boulevard and Grant Road. The landlord, Ajay Madhvani handled the transaction.

RETAIL – 4161 S COUNTRY CLUB, TUCSON
8,950 square feet at 4161 S Country Club Suite 141 owned by RRPC Inc was leased to Spencer's Discount Sales LLC. Jon O'Shea of Vast Commercial represented the tenant and Max Fisher of BRD Realty represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 2285 E ELVIRA RD., TUCSON
BML Productions Inc. leased 7,680 square feet of industrial space at 2285 E. Elvira Rd. in Tucson, from Elvira, LLC. Jesse Blum, Principal, and Alex Demeroutis, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction. Pat Welchert with Alpha Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 2285 W INA RD., TUCSON
Dave Volk and Rick Borane of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Foothills CBOA Branch LLC, in its lease of approximately 6,054 square feet located at 2285 West Ina Road to Action Behavior Centers, LLC. The tenant was represented by Cushman Wakefield

OFFICE – 5151 E BROADWAY BLVD, TUCSON
Advanced Financial Company renewed and expanded their lease and space requirements, located at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 600 in Tucson, with KCI-Broadway, LLC, Scott Seldin-Broadway, LLC, Belmont-Broadway, LLC, and Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC, for a total of 6,783 square feet of office space. Thomas J. Nieman, and Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principals and Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Todd Holley with Voit Ventures, Inc., represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 3352 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Debbie Heslop of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Rancho Center, LLC, in the lease of approximately 6,000 square feet at 3352 East Speedway Boulevard to the tenant, Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC.

RETAIL – 3820 S PALO VERDE RD., TUCSON
Chopstix Yee Chinese Restaurant LLC renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 4,500 square feet of retail space at Palo Verde Business Center, 3820 S. Palo Verde Rd., Suite 101 in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Andrew Keim, and Molly Mary Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL - 4910 SOUTH 12TH AVE., TUCSON
Terry Dahlstrom of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Tigard Tacoma Tucson, LLC, in the lease of approximately 3,624 square feet at 4910 South 12th Avenue, to Kitt Samer dba Luna Smoke Shop.

INDUSTRIAL – 1032 E MILL, TUCSON
3,000 square feet of warehouse/flex at 1032 e Mill owned by RRN Inc was leased to Brewer Companies LLC.

RETAIL – NEC CORTARO & I-10, MARANA
Brenna Lacey and Jeramy Price of VOLK Company and Chuck Wells of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord, Cortaro Commercial JV, LLC, in the lease of approximately 3,000 square feet at the development at the northeast corner of Cortaro and I-10 to the tenant, Minh Pham and Sarah Oanh Dam dba Newton Pho. The tenant was represented by James Robertson of Realty Executives.

INDUSTRIAL – 3200 S DODGE BLVD., TUCSON
Elite Crete of the Desert LLC renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 2,400 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3200 S. Dodge Blvd., Suite 3-4 in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Andrew Keim, and Molly Mary Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 3400 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Debbie Heslop and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company handled a lease between the landlord, Rancho Center, LLC, and the tenant, Always Power Yoga, LLC, for approximately 2,390 square feet located at 3400 East Speedway Boulevard, Suites 112-114.

INDUSTRIAL – 18 E VENTURA, TUCSON
2,100 square feet of warehouse/flex at 18 E Ventura owned by Thomas Hood LP #1 was leased to Dent-Busters LLC.

RETAIL – 224 NORTH 4TH AVE., TUCSON
Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Tophoy Block, LLC, in the lease of approximately 2,003 square feet located at 224 North 4th Avenue to The Neon Door, LLC.

INDUSTRIAL – 3755 E 34TH STREET, TUCSON
1,400 square feet of warehouse/flex at 3755 E 34th St Suite 119 owned by Rodgers Investment Fund II was leased to JG Affordable Landscaping. Max fisher of BRD Realty handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 3743 SOUTH 12TH AVE., TUCSON
Terry Dahlstrom and Andreas Castillo of VOLK Company handled a lease between the ownership of the DD’s/Peter Piper Pizza shopping center at Ajo Way and 12th Avenue and the tenant, Dhan Magar and Kabita Khaling dba K’s Eyebrow Threading, for the lease of approximately 1,350 square feet at 3743 South 12th Avenue.  The center is now fully leased.

RETAIL – 78 WEST CUSHING, TUCSON
Dave Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, TWW Investments LLC, DAS Holdings LLC, Calico Ventures LLC, Habibi LLC, AIT Ventures LLC, in the lease of approximatley1,338 square feet located at 78 West Cushing to Blockage Studios, LLC.  The tenant was represented by Ryan McGregor of PICOR.

RETAIL – 3955 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Optimal Wireless LLC, dba Cricket Wireless, leased 1,219 square feet of retail space at Central Point Business Plaza, 3955 E. Speedway Blvd., Suite 101 in Tucson, from Central Point Tucson, LLC. Greg Furrier and Rob Tomlinson, Principals and Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 7941 E LAKESIDE, TUCSON
1,200 square feet of warehouse/flex at 7941 E Lakeside Suite 110 owned by Lakeside BP LLC was leased to Original Work Apparel LLC.

RETAIL – 5303 E SPEEDWAY BLVD, TUCSON
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Forage Hair Co LLC, in the lease of approximately 1,200 square feet located at 5303 East Speedway Boulevard from H.L.F. Properties, Inc.  The landlord was represented by Andy Seleznov of PICOR.

RETAIL – 3924 W INA RD., TUCSON
RandDZ’s Barbershop, LLC leased 1,040 square feet of retail space at Embassy Plaza, 3924 W. Ina Rd., Suite 308 in Tucson, from Embassy Plaza, LLC. Andy Seleznov, CCIM, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction. Sam Nalli with NAI Horizon, Tucson, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 5007 E 29TH ST., TUCSON
Medina's Drywall LLC leased 1,000 square feet of industrial space at Town Central Business Park, 5007 E. 29th St. in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 3400 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Debbie Heslop of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Rancho Center Developers, LLC, in the lease of approximately 915 square feet at 3400 East Speedway Boulevard, Suite 212, to Loft Cinema for use as an office.

OFFICE – 1955 W GRANT RD., TUCSON
Phoenix Vascular Access LLC leased 900 square feet of office space at West Grant Centre, 1955 W. Grant Rd., Suite 195 in Tucson, from WestGrant Investors, LLC. Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 1420 E STATE ROUTE 66, FLAGSTAFF
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Your Wellness Company, LLC dba Your CBD Store, in the lease of approximately 900 square feet located at 1420 E State Route 66 #103 in Flagstaff, AZ from Ram Realty, Inc.

OFFICE – 1955 W GRANT RD., TUCSON
Metro Fire Equipment leased 882 square feet of office space at West Grant Centre, 1955 W. Grant Rd., Suite 180 in Tucson, from WestGrant Investors, LLC. Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 120 NORTH STONE AVE., TUCSON
Dave Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, 120 North Stone, LLC, AZ LLC, in the lease of approximately 4,980 square feet located at 120 N. Stone Ave, Suite 220, to Mako US, Inc.  The tenant was represented by Ryan McGregor of PICOR.
