The Dutch Eatery and Refuge has leased 4,000-square-feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre. The property is located at 5340 E Broadway Blvd., at the SWC of Craycroft and Broadway. The Dutch will feature a full-service sit-down restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with a full bar serving beer and wine. They will open for business in the beginning of next year. RETAIL – CROSSROADS SHOPPING CENTER, TUCSON 85712, Northeast
Amazing Lash Studio has leased 1,394-square-feet retail space at Crossroads Festival Shopping Center. The Crossroads Shopping Center is located at the NEC of Grant Road and North Swan Road. Amazing Lash Studio is going to offer eyelash extensions, along with eyebrow shaping and other eye enhancing services. They plan to open for business in the spring of 2022.
