TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Highlighted this week is an industrial lease for 7,500 square feet to 520 Tactical at Town Central Business Park, 5051 E. 29th St. in Tucson at Harrison Plaza handled by Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR,

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from August 22 - 26, 2022.

INDUSTRIAL – 5051 E 29TH ST., TUCSON, 85711 East
520 Tactical LLC leased 7,500 square feet of industrial space at Town Central Business Park, 5051 E. 29th St. in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, and Andrew Keim, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 6075 E GRANT RD., TUCSON, 85712 Northeast
BLF Main, LLC purchased 3,457 square feet of office space at Old Farm Executive Office Park, 6075 E. Grant Rd. in Tucson, from 6075 E. Grant, LLC for $577,319. Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the seller in this transaction. Jodi Bain with Bain Investments, LLC, represented the buyer.

RETAIL (RESTAURANT) – 337 W MARIPOSA RD., NOGALES, AZ, 85621 Extended South
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. leased 3,000 square feet at 337 W. Mariposa Road, Nogales, AZ.  Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the tenant and Alexis Suarez with ASI Real Estate represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 1661 N SWAN RD #128, TUCSON, 85712 Northeast
BLACKSTONE SECURITY SERVICES, INC. leased 1,853 square feet of office space at The Smart Building, 1661 N. Swan Rd., Suite 128 in Tucson, from DHS Property Investments, Ltd. Partnership. Ryan McGregor, and Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1870 W PRINCE RD., #34, TUCSON, 85705 Central 
Global Parts Solution, LLC renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 1,440 square feet of industrial space at Exchange Place, 1870 W. Prince Rd., Suite 34 in Tucson. C12 Advanced Technologies LLC leased 1,440 square feet of industrial space at Exchange Place, 1870 W. Prince Rd., Suite D-42 in Tucson, from Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC. RETAIL – 3810 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85705 Central
Envision Solar, Inc. has signed a lease for a 1,300-square-foot space for its 1st location in Tucson, Arizona in the Oracle Gateway Shopping Center located at 3810 N. Oracle Road. Envision Solar and Security is a Phoenix based home solar and security installation company. Envision is expected to open their new Tucson location in mid-September. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord, 3838 Oracle Plaza Joint Ventures, LLC, and the tenant was self-represented in the lease transaction.

RETAIL – 6890 E SUNRISE DR, #140, TUCSON, 85750 Northeast
REVIVE FRESH BOWLS, LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Ventana Village Shopping Center, 6890 E. Sunrise Dr., Suite #140 in Tucson, from EREP Ventana II, LLC. Dave Hammack, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4915 E 29TH ST, TUCSON, 85711 East
Ruby Brown Construction renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 1,200 square feet of industrial space at Town Central Business Park, 4915 E. 29th St. in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Andrew Keim, and Molly Mary Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 8567 N SILVERBELL RD, #215, TUCSON, 85743
GuideTech, LLC has signed a lease for 1,148 square feet located at 8567 N. Silverbell Road, Suite 215, Tucson, AZ in the Silverbell Center located south of the southwest corner of Silverbell Road and Coachline Road. GuideTech is an engineering and software development company with a growing Tucson Presence. This Tucson location will be one of GuideTech’s main Hubs. The new office is expected to open mid-September. RETAIL – 3924 W INA RD., TUCSON, 85741 Northwest
RandDZ’s Barbershop, LLC leased 1,040 square feet at Embassy Plaza located at 3924 W. Ina Road.  Ben Craney, Jayme Fabe and Sam Nalli with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Andy Selezonov with PICOR represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 5375 E PIMA ST., TUCSON, 85712 Northeast
Stand Up For Kids leased 1,008 square feet of office space at 5375 E. Pima St. in Tucson, from DBR Investments, LLC & KMS Enterprises, LLC. Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – NWC ST MARY’S ROAD & SILVERBELL RD, TUCSON, 85745 West
Starbucks Corporation has leased 928 square feet, ground leasable building area at the NWC of St. Mary’s Road & Silverbell Road, from Holland Real Estate, LLC, the Landlord. Greg Furrier of Cushman Wakefield|PICOR represented the Tenant and Lori Casey, Cameron Casey and Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the Landlord in this transaction.
