
The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Aug. 27 thru 31, 2018.
RETAIL – TRI-VALLEY PLAZA, CASA GRANDE, AZ
Spirit of Halloween has leased a 40,000-sqaure-feet at Tri Valley Plaza, located at the SE corner of Florence Blvd. and Colorado Rd., in Casa Grande Arizona. The Premises will be used for the retail sale of Halloween related merchandise and related products and services. They are scheduled to open for business September 2018. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Cameron Warren, of Phoenix Commercial Advisors, represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – COLONIA VERDE PLAZA, TUCSON
Dogtopia has leased a 6,894-sqaure-foot space at Colonia Verde Plaza, located on Tanque Verde Rd. just east of Sabino Canyon Rd. The Premises will be used as an outpatient pet clinic for emergency medical services and for the sale of related products and services. They are scheduled to open for business February 2019 Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Frank Arrota, of Tucson Realty & Trust represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – 1301 E AJO WAY, STE 1177-121, TUCSON
Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the landlord, Ajo Business Center Limited Partnership, in a lease of 5,250-square-feet to SCTS LLC at 1301 East Ajo Way, Suites 117-121. The tenant recently completed the business purchase of Ajo Bikes and will continue to operate the business in the space. The space is located within Ajo Business Center, a retail and industrial project at Ajo Way and Benson Highway. The tenant was represented by John Hamner of Re/Max Excalibur.
RETAIL – 1861 CHICAGO AVE., KINGMAN, AZ
Terry Dahlstrom of Volk Company represented the landlord, Kingman Chicago Ave, LLC, in its lease of the former Quaker State Express Lube and Tire at 1861 Chicago Avenue in Kingman to Quick Lube Plus. The property consists of a 1,740-square-foot automotive building and 28,314-square-feet of land.
RETAIL – 9430 E GOLF LINKS RD., TUCSON
Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, D and D Properties Group Management, LLC, in a lease with Manuel Ramos, dba Manny’s Barber Shop, for 1,200 square feet at 9430 East Golf Links Road, Suite 102. The space is located within Rincon Plaza, which is at the southwest corner of Golf Links and Harrison and is anchored by Safeway and Walgreens.
RETAIL – 195 W VALENCIA RD., STE 129, TUCSON
Jeramy Price, Kevin Volk, and Brenna Lacey of Volk Company represented the landlord, Steamroller LLC, in a lease of 1,080-square-feet to Creative Vapor LLC at 1985 West Valencia Road, Suite 129. The space is located within Valencia Marketplace Shops at the southwest corner of Valencia and Indian Agency Road, adjacent to a new 100,000 square foot Fry’s grocery store. Other tenants in the center include Starbucks, Nationwide Vision, Pizza Patron, GoWireless, and Great Clips. With this lease, the Valencia Marketplace Shops are now 100% leased.
RETAIL – 9560 E GOLD LINKS RD., STE 2, TUCSON
Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, Wong Family Living Trust, in a lease with Evelyn Jones and Gregory Jones, dba Refined Conduct Academy, for 936-square-feet at 9560 East Golf Links Road, Suite 2. The space is located next to Pizza Hut at the southeast corner of Golf Links and Harrison.
RETAIL – COCHISE PLAZA, SIERRA VISTA, AZ
The Chip Doctor has renewed their lease at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.
RETAIL – FRONTIER VILLAGE, TUCSON
Skin Xcellence has renewed their lease at Frontier Village, located on the NE corner of Pima St. and Craycroft Rd. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.
RETAIL – CROSSROADS FESTIVAL, TUCSON
Bed, Bath & Beyond has renewed their lease at Crossroads Festival, located on the NE corner of Grant Rd. and Swan Rd. in Tucson, Arizona. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord.
