Highlighted this week is a 6,000-square-foot lease to Sierra Vista Sports Grill at Cochise Plaza handled by Melissa Lal, Andy Seleznov and George Larsen representing the landlord, Larsen Baker.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report August 4-7, 2020.

RETAIL – COCHISE PLAZA, SIERRA VISTA
Sierra Vista Sports Grill has leased a 6,000-square-foot space at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Vista, Arizona.  The Premises will be used as a bar and grill.  They are open for business. Melissa Lal, Andy Seleznov and George Larsen represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Bill Swan, of Tucson Business Investments, represented the Tenant.

OFFICE – 4775 S BUTTERFILD DR., TUCSON
Automation Specialists has leased a 4,024-square-foot. space at Butterfield Technology Center, located at 4775 S. Butterfield Drive.  The Premises will be used for general office and warehouse purposes.  They are scheduled to open for business in September 2020.  Melissa Lal, Andy Seleznov and George Larsen and Rob Glaser of Cushman Wakefield PICOR represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker. RETAIL – 18741 S NOGALES HIGHWAY, SAHUARITA
Realty Executives leased 1,666-square-feet at Crossing at Sahaurita located at 18741 S. Nogales Highway. The Landlord was represented by Ben Craney and Jayme Fabe with NAI Horizon, the Tenant was represented by Rob Tomlinson of Cushman Wakefield PICOR. Candy World, LLC has leased 1,307-square-feet at Rita Ranch Shopping Center located at 9136 E. Valencia Road.  Dave Dutson with NAI Horizon handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 6811 N THORNYDALE RD., TUCSON

OFFICE – CAMINO SECO BUSINESS PARK, TUCSON
