
TUCSON, AZ (JANUARY 5, 2026) — Leases totaling 102,137 square feet were reported December 15, 2025, through January 2, 2026, including 41,566 square feet of industrial activity, 14,287 square feet of retail activity, and 46,284 square feet of office activity, plus a 0.57-acre industrial land renewal in Nogales.
The largest industrial lease was UPA LLC’s 11,841 square feet at 420 E. Aviation Drive, handled by Max Fisher, BRD Realty. The top office transaction was the renewal of 26,521 square feet for Orthopedic Care Partners Management at 6320 N. La Cholla Blvd., Suite 200, by David Montijo, CBRE. The largest retail lease was for Foothills Jiu Jitsu, LLC, 3,200 square feet at 1749-1755 E. Prince Rd., handled by Robert Nolan and Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors and Jesse Perron of CBRE.
