Yotagious Frozen Yogurt leased 1,500-square-feet at Gila Valley Shopping Center at 2065 Highway 70 in Thatcher, Ariz. Yotagious Frozen Yogurt of Thatcher, will take occupancy in early spring of 2014. RETAIL – 10580 N. ORACLE ROAD, ORO VALLEY, AZ
Universal Nails & Spa, LLC leased 1,207-square-feet at the San Dorado Shopping Center at 10580 N. Oracle Road Oro Valley, AZ. The under construction, San Dorado Shopping Center is located at First & Oracle in Oro Valley, an area experiencing continued residential growth that offers some of the strongest household incomes in Metro Tucson. The gross leasable space of the center is 227,250-square-feet of which 16,530-square-feet is available.
