The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from February 27 thru March 3, 2017.

RETAIL – 8981 E TANQUE VERDE RD., TUCSON, AZ
Canyon Rose Academy leased 8,537-square-feet of retail space at 8981 E. Tanque Verde Road in the Bear Canyon shopping center. Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Person of CBRE and Melissa Lal and Andy Seleznov of Larsen Baker represented the landlord in the transaction. This will be the fifth location for Rose Management Group in Tucson and will be open for the 2017 fall semester.

INDUSTRIAL – 4281 S SANTA RITA, TUCSON, AZ
Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented 4275 Santa Rita LLC in its lease of 4,695-square-feet at 4281 South Santa Rita to Larry Howard. The space, which features both dock and grade-level loading, is located within Tucson Business Park and will be used for distribution. RETAIL – 4508 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON, AZ
The Little Bird Nesting Company will be moving May 1st to a 2,504-square-feet retail space at 4508 East Broadway Blvd. in the Midstar Plaza shopping center. The tenant was represented by Jeramy Price of the Volk Company. Nancy McClure of CBRE represented the landlord, Midstar Partners, LLC in the transaction.

RETAIL – 541-599 W. 4th STREET, BENSON, AZ
Asian Bistro, LLC leased 2,480-square-feet at Butterfield Plaza; Dave Dutson and Ben Craney, with NAI Horizon represented both landlord and tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 2890 W SKYLINE DR., SUITE 190, TUCSON, AZ
Debbie Heslop, CCIM, of Volk Company represented San Antonio Shoe, Inc., in its lease of approximately 2,384-square-feet at Plaza Colonial, 2890 East Skyline Drive, Suite 190. The Landlord, Plaza Colonial LLC, was represented by David Carroll of Romano Real Estate.

RETAIL – 1335 W. LAMBERT LANE, SUITE 105, ORO VALLEY, AZ
I Touch Day Spa leased 1,459-square-feet of retail space at Shops at Oro Vista; Jayme Fabe, with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and James Robertson Jr., CCIM, with Realty Executives International represented the tenant in this transaction. RETAIL – 1608 SOUTH CRAYCROFT, TUCSON, AZ
Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented 1602-1608 South Craycroft LLC in its lease of the 1,513-square-foot building at 1608 South Craycroft Road to Karina Terrazas and Mirna Alcaraz, to open a piñata store to serve the surrounding area. The building was formerly a child care center, and it is adjacent to a 2,550-square-foot, freestanding, former Circle K building that is also for lease.
