AutoZone has leased a 6,816-square-feet at Sorrento Square on the SW corner of Golf Links Rd. & Houghton Rd. The Premises will be used for a retail auto parts supply and accessory store and the sale of related products and services. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker, while Philip Bramsen, of Embree Commercial Real Estate Advisors, represented the tenant.
RETAIL – 7575 W TWIN PEAKS RD., STE. 165, MARANA, AZ
Arizona Youth Partnership leased 4,250-square-feet of retail space located at 7575 W Twin Peaks Road, Suite 165, Marana, Arizona, from CJR at Twin Peaks, LLC. Gary Heinfeld CPA, CCIM and Ryan Heinfeld CCIM of Advisors in Real Estate, Inc. represented the landlord and Jeff Casper of CBRE, Inc., represented the tenant.
RETAIL – 140 WEST DUVAL MINE RD., STE. 108, GREEN VALLEY, AZ
Scott and Donna Rheingold, dba Two Girls Pizza, leases 1,846-square-feet at 140 West Duval Mine Road, Suite 108, in Green Valley. The space is located within Valley Verde Center. The landlord, CJR at Bullhead, LLC, was represented by Gary Heinfeld of Advisors in Real Estate, Inc. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the tenant.
RETAIL – PLAZA AT WILLIAMS CENTRE, TUCSON, AZ
Gigi Bridal Boutique has leased 1,535-square feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre, located at the SW corner of Broadway Blvd. & Craycroft Rd. The premises will be used as a bridal boutique and for the sale of related items. They are scheduled to open for business March 2018. The premises will be used as retail store specializing in the threading method of hair removal for eyebrows and other areas of the body, facials and for the sale of directly related products and services.
