Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the landlord, 3253 E Valencia, in the lease of an approximately 2,500-square-foot space located at 3253 East Valencia Road to Agrinsoni Enterprises, Inc. The tenant was represented by Jason Wong of Crestline Properties. The space will be used as a chicken wing and rib style restaurant.

The landlord was represented by Dave Hammack and Greg Furrier of Cushman and Wakefield | PICOR.

Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, The Wright-Pantano, L.L.C., in the lease of approximately 1,080-square-feet located at 1785 West Valencia Road, Suite 129 to The Joint Corp for use as a chiropractic office.
