Tucson Lease Report

TUCSON, AZ (February 16, 2026) — A total of 94,908 square feet of leasing activity was reported this week to the Tucson Lease Report, including 93,021 square feet of industrial, 1,301 square feet of retail, and 586 square feet of office space. The largest industrial lease was The American Bottling Company’s 65,000-square-foot renewal at 310 S Toole Ave., represented by John Slattery (landlord) and Tim Healy & Maggie Curless (tenant), all with CBRE. In retail, Yong Sheng Herbs, LLC leased 1,301 square feet at 2637 E Broadway as part of the Rio Nuevo Sunshine Mile redevelopment, represented by Isaac Figueroa and Jeff Ell for the landlord and Alex Demeroutis for the tenant. The only office lease was Teal Path Counseling, LLC’s 586-square-foot lease at 2096 N Kolb, handled by Isaac Figueroa for the landlord. For a comprehensive overview, see the Tucson Lease Report.

INDUSTRIAL – 3951 E MICHIGAN ST, SUITE 178, TUCSON, 85714, SOUTH (AIRPORT) SUBMARKET
Kellogg Supply Co. leased 4,536 square feet of industrial space from Copper Pointe Business Park, LLC. Tim Healy with CBRE represented the landlord, and Tim Kempton & Anton Grigoriou with CBRE represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 2637 E BROADWAY, TUCSON, 85716, CENTRAL SUBMARKET
Yong Sheng Herbs, LLC leased 1,301 square feet at the Rio Nuevo Sunshine Mile redevelopment project from Larsen Baker. The space will be used as a Chinese pharmacy for herbal medications and acupuncture, as well as the sale of related products. The Sol Bloc project is now fully leased. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker and Jeff Ell with Ambrell Realty represented the landlord, and Alex Demeroutis with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 2096 N KOLB RD, SUITE 102, TUCSON, 85715, NORTHEAST SUBMARKET
Teal Path Counseling, LLC leased 586 square feet of office space at Kolb Office Park. The space will be used for therapy and counseling services. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord and handled the transaction.

RENEWAL

INDUSTRIAL – 310 S TOOLE AVE, TUCSON, 85701, CENTRAL SUBMARKET
The American Bottling Company renewed its lease of 65,000 square feet of industrial space from Levin Family, LLC. John Slattery with CBRE represented the landlord, and Tim Healy & Maggie Curless with CBRE represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 4000 E COLUMBIA ST, TUCSON, 85714, SOUTH (AIRPORT) SUBMARKET
Reece Supply renewed its lease of 20,485 square feet of industrial space from JSL Properties, LLC. Tim Healy with CBRE represented the landlord, and Dan Dobric with Newmark represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 3611 S BROADMONT DR, TUCSON, 85713, SOUTH (AIRPORT) SUBMARKET
Lynch Construction renewed its lease of 3,000 square feet of industrial space from Broadmont Investments, LLC. Tim Healy with CBRE represented the landlord, and the tenant was self-represented.
