TUCSON, AZ (February 16, 2026) — A total of 94,908 square feet of leasing activity was reported this week to the Tucson Lease Report, including 93,021 square feet of industrial, 1,301 square feet of retail, and 586 square feet of office space. The largest industrial lease was The American Bottling Company’s 65,000-square-foot renewal at 310 S Toole Ave., represented by John Slattery (landlord) and Tim Healy & Maggie Curless (tenant), all with CBRE. In retail, Yong Sheng Herbs, LLC leased 1,301 square feet at 2637 E Broadway as part of the Rio Nuevo Sunshine Mile redevelopment, represented by Isaac Figueroa and Jeff Ell for the landlord and Alex Demeroutis for the tenant. Yong Sheng Herbs, LLC leased 1,301 square feet at the Rio Nuevo Sunshine Mile redevelopment project from Larsen Baker. The space will be used as a Chinese pharmacy for herbal medications and acupuncture, as well as the sale of related products. The Sol Bloc project is now fully leased.
