CBRE’s Jesse Peron and Peter Villaescusa have negotiated two leases totaling 5,460-square-feet at Bear Canyon Shopping Center located at 8987 E. Tanque Verde Rd. in Tucson. Negotiating on behalf of the landlord, Peron and Villaescusa have inked leases with Crossfit FIXX for 3,600-square-feet and the Tucson K-9 Learning Center for 1,860-square-feet.
