Senior Services Group, Inc. leased 8,157-square-feet of industrial space located at 3435 E. 44th St. in Tucson, from BD Equity Investments, LLC. Brandon Rodgers, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 3602 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Circle K renewed their lease of 4,200-square-feet at 3602 N. Oracle Road. Cameron Lee of David Lee Real Estate represented the landlord, Lee Family Property Management, in the transaction.
