The largest retail lease was to Ross Dress for Less, Inc., for 32,295 square feet at Oracle Plaza on North Oracle Road, represented by Natalie Furrier and Greg Furrier for the landlord and Jayme Fabe for the tenant. The top industrial lease was Pima County JTED at 10,686 square feet at Butterfield Corporate Plaza, with Alex Demeroutis and Jesse Blum representing the landlord and Molly Mary Gilbert representing the tenant. The largest office lease was Black and Brown Girl Wellness at 5,500 square feet on South Kolb Road, represented by Thomas J. Nieman and Jason Shaltiel for the landlord and Tyrone Terry for the tenant.
