Lee Plaza, LLC has signed a new Build-to-Suit for Dunkin at 3427 E. Speedway Blvd. for approx. 2,000-sqaure-feet. The building will feature a drive thru and leaves an adjacent pad remaining available for a similar QSR-type user with drive-thru capability. Cameron Lee and David Lee of David Lee Real Estate Co. handled the transaction on behalf of Lee Plaza, LC. Kevin Volk of Volk Co. represented the Tenant in the transaction. The architect for the project is Gene Goldstein of Bramic Design Group.

Marana Smoke Shop leased 900-sqaure-feet at 11851 W. Marana Road. There is an additional suite available of approx 2,000-sqaure-feet.
