The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report for January 27 thru 31, 2020.

ETQ, Inc. renewed their lease for 10,350-square-feet at 250 S. Craycroft. Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented both parties in this transaction.
OFFICE – 4801 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
BBSI, Inc. has leased a 5,878-sqaure-foot space at The 4801 Offices, located on Broadway Blvd., just East of Swan Rd. The Premises will be used for general office and related administrative functions. Melissa Lal, Andy Seleznov and George Larsen represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Greg Boccardo, of GRB Realty, represented the Tenant.

La Contessa Boutique, Ltd renewed their lease for 3.365-square-feet at Plaza Palomino located at 2980 N. Swan, Suite 144. Phil Skillings, Ben Craney and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented both parties in this transaction.

RETAIL – 11931 N 1ST AVE., STE 141, PLACITA DE ORO, ORO VALLEY
Sparkle Cleaners, Inc. has signed a lease for a 1,520- square foot space at 11931 N. 1st Avenue, Suite 141, in Placita de Oro shopping center located at the southwest corner of 1st Avenue and Tangerine Road in Oro Valley, Arizona. Sparkle Cleaners is a full service dry cleaner in and around Tucson which include services such as professional laundry, flat finish, wash and fold, drapery cleaning, free minor repairs, spotting, moth proofing, wedding gown cleaning, VIP express service and many others. This location will be Sparkle Cleaner’s 13th location in Pima County and its 2nd location in Oro Valley. The new location is expected to open in the middle of February 2020 Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord, CTW-FVP, LLC, and the Tenant represented itself in this lease transaction.

AZ Petition Partners has leased a 1,302-square-foot space at St. Mary’s Plaza, located on St. Mary’s Rd. just West of Grande Ave. The Premises will be used as an office for Petition Signature Officers to perform office work.
