The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from Jan. 8 thru 13, 2018.

OFFICE – 177 N. CHURCH AVE., TUCSON
Forensic Logic, LLC leased 12,036-square-feet of office space at 177 North Church Avenue in the Transamerica Building. Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the tenant. RETAIL – 4501 E. 22nd STREET, TUCSON
Discount Warehouse leased 5,835-square-foot space at 4501 East 22nd Street. Brandon Rodgers of Cushman & Wakefield|PICOR represented the Landlord, RRN, Inc. Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented Discount Warehouse.

RETAIL – 3951 W. INA RD., TUCSON
Chadron EFGAZ, LLC dba Eat Fit Go leased 988-square-feet at 3951 West Ina Road, Suite 123, Tucson. The space is located in a pad building that is also occupied by Starbucks and T-Mobile within Thornydale Plaza, a Target and Lowe’s anchored center at the southwest corner of Ina and Thornydale.  Access Commercial represented the tenant. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, I.T. Investments One, L.L.C.

OFFICE – 6430 – 6450 N. SWAN RD., TUCSON
Edward Jones & Co leased 843-square-feet of office space at Top of Swan Foothills Professional Offices. Ryan McGregor and Isaac Figueroa of Cushman Wakefield| PICOR represented the tenant.
