TUCSON, AZ (July 20, 2026) -- Twelve new leases and two renewals totaling 61,765 square feet were completed in the Tucson market from July 13–17, 2026. Activity spanned the retail, medical office, industrial and office sectors, led by PrimePlay Collective, Inc.’s 29,679 square feet and TMC Cardiology’s 9,512-square-foot lease at the TMC Hospital Campus.
New Leases
Retail – 7125 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85710 – East Tucson
PrimePlay Collective, Inc., an Urban Air Adventure Park franchisee, leased approximately 29,679 square feet at ABC Broadway & Kolb Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Broadway Boulevard and Kolb Road. The park will be the franchisee’s first Tucson location and is expected to open during the first quarter of 2027.
