Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that The Car Cave Annex has opened at the 22nd Street AutoMall at 8140 E. 22nd Street. The “Annex” is a venture of Steve’s Car Cave, LLC and will house a collection of motorcycles, classic cars and boats. Auto Trim Design leased 6,619-square-feet of industrial space at 4355 S. Santa Rita from DSSL Associates. RETAIL – PARK VIEW PLAZA, TUCSON
Kevin Volk of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Park View Plaza, Inc., in the leases of three spaces within Park View Plaza, the Food City anchored center at Ajo and Mission Roads, bringing the project to 100% occupancy:
- Rent A Center leased 4,800-square-feet
- Wash N Dry Laundromat leased 1,800-square-feet
- Skyicom LLC leased 1,200-square-feet to be used as a retail vape and CBD store.
DAYCARE - 1101 S COLUMBUS BLVD., TUCSON
Jeramy Price and Joey Castillo of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Horizon 21 LLC, in the lease of 3,055-square-feet at 1101 S Columbus Boulevard to Reaching Milestones LLC to be used for a daycare.
RETAIL – 4433 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Jeramy Price of VOLK Company represented the Tenant, A-List Personal Training, in the lease of 2,453-square-feet at 4433 E Broadway Boulevard from 4433 E. Broadway LLC to be used as a fitness facility. The Landlord was represented by Cameron and Lori Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors.
RETAIL – MISSION PLAZA CENTER, SPEEDWAY & SWAN, TUCSON
Jeramy Price and Kevin Volk of VOLK Company handled the lease of 2,222- square-feet to Craft, A Modern Drinkery, in the Mission Plaza Shopping Center at Speedway Blvd and Swan Road. Craft owners, Travis and William Miller (Owners of Serial Grillers and Toro Loco) plan to operate Tucson’s first Detroit Pizza concept in the former Cricket space, next to its existing operation. The landlord is Brazo, LLC.
RESTAURANT – 8300 N THORNYDALE RD., #120, MARANA
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented the tenant, The Blacktop Grill LLC, in the lease of 2,000-square-feet at 8300 North Thornydale Road #120 from Cortaro Investors LLC and Cortaro Thornydale LLC to be used for a restaurant. The Landlord was represented by Phoenix Commercial Advisors.
OFFICE- 218 N 4TH AVE, TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company handled a new lease between Tophoy Block LLC as landlord and GEDR Union on 6th LLC as tenant for approximately 1,588- square-feet at 218 North 4th Avenue. The space will be used as a leasing office.
RETAIL – 6445 S 12TH AVE., #151, TUCSON
VOLK Company agents Kevin Volk and Terry Dahlstrom represented the landlord, Dahlstrom Valencia Mercado LLC and Southside Plaza LLC, in the lease of 1,200-square-feet at 6445 S 12th Avenue #151 within Valencia Mercado Shopping Center to Skyicom LLC to be used as a retail vape and CBD store.
RETAIL – 4695 N ORACLE RD., #112, TUCSON
Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented the tenant, Michelle Duarte Icedo, in the lease of 900-square-feet at 4695 North Oracle Road #112 from MTT Oracle LLC to be used for a hair salon. The Landlord was represented by Oxford Realty Advisors.
OFFICE – CRAYCROFT PLAZA, SPEEDWAY & CRAYCROFT, TUCSON
Larsen Baker is pleased to announce that Roger Landis Fiduciary Services has leased a 837-square-feet space at Craycroft Plaza, located on Craycroft Rd. just south of Speedway Blvd. The Premises will be used for general office purposes. RETAIL – BREWERY, 4TH AVE & 9TH ST, TUCSON
Dillinger Brewing Company leased space on the corner of 4th Avenue and 9th Street in the Coronado Hotel for a brewery tasting room. Leah Bogen of VOLK Company represented the landlord, Carbon Cabo LLC. It is the third lease transaction on 4th Avenue handled by Bogen so far this year.
