Highlighted this week is 15,000-square-feet of office space at 3725 East Fort Lowell Road in Tucson, AZ handled by Scott Soelter with NAI Horizon.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report June 1-5, 2020.

RETAIL - 3725 E FORT LOWELL ROAD, TUCSON
Goodwill Industries extended their lease on 15,000 square feet at 3725 E. Ft. Lowell Road.  Scott Soelter with NAI Horizon handled the transaction for the owner of the property.

OFFICE - 3017 W INA ROAD, TUCSON
FanBound, LLC leased 4,803-square-feet for their new corporate headquarters at Ina Corporate Park located at 3017 W. Ina Road.  Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon handled the transaction for the landlord.

OFFICE - 2970 N SWAN ROAD, TUCSON
Edward D Jones & Co., LP extended their lease for 1,164-square-feet at 2970 N. Swan Road.  Andrew Sternberg, Phil Skillings and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon handled this transaction.
