TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Highlighted this week is a 115,958 square foot industrial lease at 6760 S. Lisa Frank Ave. in Tucson to Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc. handled by Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Paul Sieczkowski, with Colliers International AZ.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from June 13-17, 2022.

INDUSTRIAL – 6760 S. LISA FRANK AVE., TUCSON 85756, South
Thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services NA, Inc. leased 115,000 square feet of industrial space from Greenbean Investments LLC, located at 6760 S. Lisa Frank Ave. in Tucson. Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, and Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principals and Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in the transaction. Paul Sieczkowski, with Colliers International AZ, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 2080 W. RIVER RD., TUCSON  85704, Northwest
And Go Concepts, LLC
leased 39,126 square feet of retail space at Riverside Crossing Retail Center, 2080 W. River Rd., Pad 6 in Tucson, from LCC LA CHOLLA/RIVER, LLC. Dave Hammack, Principal, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction. 

INDUSTRIAL – 3875 N. COMMERCE DR., TUSON  85705, Central
WHITE CAP, L.P. renewed their lease with Sahuaro Blossom Properties, LLC for 16,966 square feet of industrial space at 3875 N. Commerce Drive, in Tucson. White Cap is a one-stop-shop providing concrete accessories and chemicals, tools and equipment, building materials and fasteners, erosion and waterproofing and safety products to professional contractors. Stephen D. Cohen, Principal, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

INDUSTRIAL – 4161 E. TENNESSEE ST., TUCSON  85714, South
Trees R Us leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Industrial Center, 4161 E. Tennessee St., Suite 369 in Tucson, from Tic Tac Properties, LLC. Cintya Denisse Angulo Garcia, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. John Hester Jr with Goldsmith Real Estate, LLC, represented the tenant.

OFFICE – 3275 W. INA RD., TUCSON 85704, Northwest
David P. Kelly, D.D.S., renewed and expanded his lease with CALDOR Investments of Arizona, LLC, for a total of 2,570 square feet of office space located in Ina Corporate Center, 3275 W. Ina Rd., Suites 101 and 103 in Tucson. Thomas J. Nieman, Principal, and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  

INDUSTRIAL – 1674 S. RESEARCH LOOP, TUCSON  85710, East
Scream Creamery, LLC renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 2,440 square feet of industrial space at Clairemont Plaza, 1674 S. Research Loop, Suite 402 in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Andrew Keim, and Molly Mary Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 8567 N. SILVERBELL RD., TUCSON 85743, Northwest
Daniel and Sarai Monreal of the Door Church Marana have signed a lease for 1,708 square feet located at 8567 N. Silverbell Road, Suite 225, Marana, AZ in the Silverbell Center shopping center located south of the southwest corner of Silverbell Road and Coachline Road. The Door Church is a National Non-denominational Christian ministry church organization. The new Marana location is expected to open July, 2022.  Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord Namaki Living Trust, and Rob Tomlinson of PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, Daniel and Sarai Monreal in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3220 S. DODGE BLVD., TUCSON 85713, South
Lewis Singleterry, dba ROCC, renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 1,200 square feet of industrial space at South Dodge Business Center, 3220 S. Dodge Blvd., Suite 3 in Tucson. Paul Hooker, SIOR, Principal, Andrew Keim, and Molly Mary Gilbert with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

RETAIL – 8567 N. SILVERBELL ED., TUCSON 85743, Northwest
Southern Arizona Spirit Squad, LLC, has signed a lease for 1,158 square feet located at 8567 N. Silverbell Road, Suite 219, Marana, AZ in the Silverbell Center shopping center located south of the southwest corner of Silverbell Road and Coachline Road. The new dance studio will focused exclusively on dance team training, such as pom, hip hop, jazz and technique classes designed to prepare dancers for their future in high school, college, and professional dance teams. Southern Arizona Spirit Squad is expected to open July, 2022.  Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord and Southern Arizona Spirit Squad represented itself in this transaction.

OFFICE –2530 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON 85716, Central
M & T Labs of Tucson LLC, dba Fastest Labs, leased 1,120 square feet of office space at Broadway Midtown Plaza, 2530 E. Broadway Blvd., suite G in Tucson, from LLJ Holdings, LLLP. Molly Mary Gilbert, and Ryan McGregor, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Esther Empens with Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the tenant. 

OFFICE – 1955 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON 85745, West
Easy Systems, Inc. renewed their lease with WestGrant Investors, LLC for 1,085 square feet of office space at West Grant Centre, 1955 W. Grant Rd., Suite 165 in Tucson. Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

OFFICE – 4965 E. 29th ST TUCSON 85711, East
Dora Lizet Miranda renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 394 square feet of office space at Town Central Business Park, 4965 E. 29th St. in Tucson.
