The following leases in Tucson were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Week June 2-6, 2014.

RETAIL – 5230 E. 22nd ST. TUCSON
Premier Auto Center leased the 40,000-square-foot former Aaron Auto and Trucks sales lot at 5230 E. 22nd in Tucson from Aaron Autos and Trucks, LLC.  Premier Auto Center also recently leased the 2-acre former Budget Rent-A-Car airport facility at 3085 E. Valencia Rd from DP’s Land Management Company. Greg Furrier, Principal and Paul Hooker with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlords in both these transactions.

RETAIL – 801 E. 47th ST., TUCSON
Lumiere Investments, LLC leased 17,289-square-feet at 801 E. 47th St., in Tucson from Mirabella Properties, LLC. Pat Welchert, SIOR, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled the transaction.

WAREHOUSE – 1861 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON
Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. leased 10,800-square-feet at 1861 W. Grant, Suite 109 in Tucson from Walker Tucson Properties, LLC.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Bob Delaney and Tim Healy with CBRE represented the tenant this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 10900 N. STALLARD PLACE, TUCSON
Alchemy Plastics, Inc. leased 10,306-square-feet at 10900 N. Stallard Place, Suite 140-160 in Tucson from Daryl B. Ross & Melvin S. Ross.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Gary Best with Keller Williams of Southern Arizona represented the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1931 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON
Babco International, Inc. leased 8,523-square-feet at 1931 W. Grant, Suite 330 in Tucson from First Family Company, Ltd. Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Steffan Cione with Cione Company represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 4037 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Indian Motorcycles leased 7,722-square-feet at 4037 N. Oracle in Tucson from Poz Ben Bon Investment Corporation.  Aaron LaPrise, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant. John Hamner with KW Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.

WAREHOUSE – 3648 E. AJO WAY, TUCSON
Plutus Motor Group, LLC, a custom car assembler specialized in highline vehicles, consignment, & luxury rentals, leased a 7,000-square-foot suite in the 61,427-square-foot Copenhagen Warehouse, 3648 E. Ajo Way, Tucson. Copenhagen will continue to occupy the remainder of the space. The owners of the warehouse were represented by John Ash of CBRE and the Tenant was represented by Gordon Wagner of Coldwell Banker.

RETAIL – 1401 W. VALENCIA, TUCSON
MPG Automotive Services Valencia, LLC leased 5,300-square-feet at 1401 W. Valencia, Suite 101 in Tucson from Fletcher’s Tire & Auto Service, Inc.  Ron Zimmerman, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3949 E. 29th ST., TUCSON
Mike Giachetti dba Recycling Household Items leased 4,639-square-feet at 3949 E. 29th St., Suite 710-711 in Tucson from Presson Midpoint, LLC.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Principal and Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4565 S. PALO VERDE, TUCSON
Hill-Rom Company, Inc. leased 3,600-square-feet at 4565 S. Palo Verde, Suites 215, 223 & 225 in Tucson from Presson Equity Partners, LLP.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 2422 S. 6th AVE., TUCSON
YCS Enterprises leased 3,200-square-feet at 2422 S. 6th Ave. from South 6th Shopping Center LLC. Robert Nolan from Oxford Realty Advisors represented YCS Enterprises and Randy Jones from Oxford Realty Advisors represented South 6th Shopping Center LLC.

WAREHOUSE – 1870 W. PRINCE RD., TUCSON
The following businesses leased space from Presson Corporation at 1870 W. Prince Rd:  Steele Solar Solutions leased 2,792-square-feet in Suite 22-23 Design, LLC leased 1,440-square-feet in Suite 4. INDUSTRIAL – 3640 S. CAMPBELL, TUCSON
Swisher Hygiene USA Operations, Inc. leased 2,500-square-feet at 3640 S. Campbell in Tucson from Strauss Revocable Living Trust.  Paul Hooker, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord. Sam McGill with Grant Street Associates represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1159 N. CRAYCROFT, TUCSON
Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Association, Inc. Desert Southwest Chapter leased 2,378-square-foot at 1159 N.
