TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Highlighted this week is a 117,710 square foot industrial lease renewal in Hermosillo, Mexico to Robert Bosch Mexico Sistemas de Seguridad SA de CV handled by Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist, and Cintya Denisse Angulo Garcia, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR,

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News from June 20-24, 2022.

INDUSTRIAL – VIE VERTE INDUSTRIAL PARK, HERMOSILLO, MX
Robert Bosch Mexico Sistemas de Seguridad SA de CV renewed their lease for 117,170 square feet of industrial space at Vie Verte Industrial Park in Hermosillo, Mexico. Jose Dabdoub, Industrial Specialist, and Cintya Denisse Angulo Garcia, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 4203 E TENNESSEE ST., TUCSON 85714 South Submarket
Trees R Us leased approximately 40,000 square feet of industrial yard at 4203 E. Tennessee St. in Tucson, from Gallaher Grit, LP. Cintya Denisse Angulo Garcia, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction. John Hester Jr with Goldsmith Real Estate, LLC, represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 100 W DUVAL MINE RD., SAHUARITA, AZ 85614 South Submarket
Planet Fitness has leased the 20,911 square feet in Suite 170 at 100 W Duval Mine Rd, Sahuarita, AZ 85614 also known as Valley Verde Center. Planet Fitness is a full-service fitness club and gym and will meet a much-needed demand in the Green Valley/Sahuarita market. Isaac Figuero with Larsen Banker represented the landlord and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the tenant.

RETAIL – 5311-5317 E SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON 85712 Northeast Submarket
Access Medical Incorporated leased 10,685 square feet of retail space at 5311-5317 E. Speedway Blvd., in Tucson, from HLF Properties, Inc. Andy Seleznov, CCIM, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

MEDICAL OFFICE – 9348-9356 E RITA RD., TUCSON 85747 Southeast Submarket
TMC Medical Network leased 10,456 square feet of medical office space from TMC Holdings, Inc, located in Rincon Medical Center, 9348-9356 E. Rita Rd. in Tucson. Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, Principal, and Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented both parties in this transaction.

RETAIL – 7770 E WRIGHTSTOWN RD., TUCSON 85715 Northeast Submarket
Centria Healthcare, LLC  has leased a former day care facility at 7770 E. Wrightstown Rd from 7770 AKE, LLC.  The building is 7,169 square feet and has an outdoor play area; it will be operated as Life Skills Autism Academy.  Gary Emerson of GRE Partners represented the landlord and Nancy McClure, CBRE, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL FLEX – 4575 S PALO VERDE RD., TUCSON 85714 South Submarket
Helping Everyday Youth LLC renewed their lease with Pegasus Tucson Owner LLC for 6,178 square feet of space at Butterfield Business Park, 4575 S. Palo Verde Rd., Suite 307 in Tucson. West Coast Roofing, LLC leased a 5,445-square-foot industrial building, located at 3311 N. Grant DMSO, LLC has leased 3,003 square feet of office space at Wilmot Professional Plaza, 6288 E Grant Rd. in Tucson.
