Tucson Lease Report June 29 – July 3, 2020

Highlighted this week is a 20,000-square-foot industrial lease to Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona handled by Ron Zimmerman and Max Fisher of Cushman & Wakefield |Picor.

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report June 29-July 3, 2020.

INDUSTRIAL – 6060 S BROSIUS AVE., TUCSON
Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona leased 20,000-square-feet of industrial space, located at 6060 S. Brosius Ave. in Tucson, from Espinosa Garnica, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman and Max Fisher, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 3450 S BROADMONT DR., TUCSON
Brilliant Health, LLC expanded their lease with Tin Cup Properties, LLC to include an additional 4,040-square-feet of industrial space at their current location, 3450 S. Broadmont Dr., Suite 112 in Tucson.  Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR Principals and Industrial Specialists handled this transaction.  Ron Zimmerman, represented the landlord; Rob Glaser represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 1951 W GRANT RD., TUCSON
Arizona Thin Films, LLC leased 3,929-square-feet of industrial space at 1951 W. Grant Rd., Suite 190 in Tucson, from La Cholla-OG, LLC.  Industrial Specialists Max Fisher and Principal, Robert C. Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.  Michael Coretz with Commercial Real Estate Group of Tucson LLC, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 2028 E 14th ST., TUCSON
Susan Woods Studio, Art & Design leased 3,780-square-feet of industrial space at 2028 E. 14th St. in Tucson, from The Rosenthal Trust. Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1032 E MILLS RD., TUCSON
CR SpaClub at Sea, LLC leased 3,000-square-feet of industrial space, located at 1032 E. Mills Rd. in Tucson, from RRN, Inc.  Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

OFFICE – 1200 N EL DORADO PL., TUCSON
Rachel S. Stover, M.D. renewed her lease with El Dorado Ventures, LLC for 2,505-square-feet of medical office space in El Dorado Square, 1200 N. El Dorado Pl. Suite D-400 in Tucson.  Thomas J. Nieman and Molly Mary Gilbert, Office Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 1651 N WILMOT RD., TUCSON
Smoke Shop has signed a lease for the 2,100-square-foot freestanding building at 1615 N. Wilmot Road, Tucson, AZ. 24/7 Smoke Shop is a family owned business, and this will be their sixth location in Tucson. The new store is expected to open September 1, 2020. MVP Retro Rentals, LLC leased 1,400-square-feet of industrial space at 3755 E. 34th St., Suite 115 in Tucson, from Rodgers Investment Fund Two, LP. Max Fisher, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 6878 E SUNRISE DR., TUCSON

OFFICE – 13190 E COLOSSAL CAVE RD., VAIL
Farmers Insurance Agency, agent Allen Hammonds,  has signed a lease for  a new office location at 13190 E. Colossal Cave Road, Suite 280, Vail, AZ in Old Vail Station located south of the southeast corner of Colossal Cave Road and Mary Ann Cleveland Way.
