The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from March 11 thru 15, 2019.

RETAIL – CASAS ADOBES PLAZA, TUCSON
Flores Concepts; dba CharroVida, leased a 3,743-square-foot restaurant in Casas Adobes Plaza Shopping Center at SWC of Oracle & Ina Rds.  Paul Schloss with NAI Horizon represented Flores Concepts in this transaction.

RETAIL – 12130 N DOVE MOUNTAIN BLVD., MARANA
Mamas Amore, LLC has leased 3.511-square-feet at 12130 N. Dove Mountain Blvd, Marana, Arizona.  Jayme Fabe with NAI Horizon represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – PLAZA PALOMINO, 2920 N SWAN RD., STE 207, TUCSON
The McCallister Company has leased 2,220-square-feet at Plaza Palomino, 2920 N. Swan Road, Suite 207, Tucson, Arizona.  Ben Craney, Andrew Sternberg and Phil Skillings with NAI Horizon represented the tenant and landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – RANCHO VISTOSO SHOPPING CENTER, ORO VALLEY
Santa Fe Leather Repair & Retail, Inc. has leased 1,184-square-feet at Rancho Vistoso Shopping Center, 12925 N. Oracle Road, Oro Valley, Arizona.  Dave Dutson and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the landlord in this transaction.

OFFICE – 4400 E BROADWAY BVD., STE 809, TUCSON
Blessing Society, LLC, leased the property located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 809, Tucson, Arizona, consisting of 886-square-feet of office space, from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the Landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – ORACLE CROSSINGS SHOPPING CENTER, ORO VALLEY
Flores Concepts, renewed its’ El Charro Café lease at Oracle Crossings Shopping Center at NWC Oracle Rd. & Suffolk Hills Drive in Oro Valley, Arizona.  Paul Schloss with NAI Horizon represented Flores Concepts in this transaction.
