The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from March 18 thru 22, 2019.
RETAIL – GROUND LEASE- 7000 E SPEEDWAY BLVD, TUCSON
Pizza Hut of Arizona ground leased 0.32 acres of land to build a delivery and carryout restaurant. The restaurant will be located at the SEC of Speedway and Green Hills Drive at 7000 East Speedway Blvd. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant. The Landlord, Speedway/ Greenhills, LLC was represented by Mike Stilb.
RETAIL – 3850 & 3875 N BUSINESS CENTER DR., TUCSON
Calvary Christian Fellowship of Tucson leased an additional space of 4,274-square-feet to go along with their current 17,100 square feet of space for their congregation. The church is located at North Tucson Business Center, 3850 & 3875 North Business Center Drive. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant.
OFFICE – 230 E 27TH STREET, TUCSON
Rosemont Copper Company renewed their lease for 5,376-square-feet of industrial space located at 230 East 27th Street with Tin Cup Properties, LLC. Tim Healy of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the tenant and Ron Zimmerman of Cushman & Wakefield | Picor represented the landlord.
RETAIL – CASAS ADOBES PLAZA, TUCSON
Flores Concepts leased a 3,743-square-foot space in Casas Adobes Plaza from GRI Casas Adobes, LLC. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord and Paul Schloss of NAI Horizon represented the tenant.
RETAIL – 3007 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
FD Arizona, LLC, the franchisee of Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que in Tucson, has signed a lease for 2,037-square-feet at 3007 E. Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ in the Speedway Center, located at the northwest corner of Speedway Blvd. and Country Club Road. The El Paso, Texas based franchisee is owned by Alejandro Orozco. He also owns nine other Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que Restaurant throughout Texas, Nevada and Arizona.
The new location is expected to open in April 2019 and is the relocation of the restaurant that was at the corner of Oracle Road and Auto Mall Drive, which closed March 9, 2019. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Tenant, FD Arizona, LLC, and the Landlord was represented by Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in this lease transaction.
RETAIL – 3894 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
City Salads has signed a lease for its 1st restaurant location in Tucson, Arizona in Oracle Gateway Shopping Center located at 3894 N. Oracle Road. Starting in 2009 in Mexico, City Salads now has 13 restaurants throughout Mexico, including one in Nogales, Arizona. The new City Salads in Tucson will be owned by franchisee, Fine Food Ventures, LLC. City Salads specializes in salads, soups and panini sandwiches.
The new Tucson location is expected to open June 2019. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented the Landlord, 3838 Oracle Plaza Joint Ventures, LLC, and the Tenant represented itself in this lease transaction.
RETAIL – 245 MARKETPLACE RD., STRE 165, TUCSON
Noveau Skin Centers, PLLC dba Peach Skin Clinic leased 1,200-square-feet of retail space located at 245 Marketplace Rd., Suite 165 from ATT 245 Marketplace, LLC. Pete Villaescusa and Jesse Peron of CBRE’s Tucson office represented the landlord.
OFFICE – 4400 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Blessing Society, LLC, leased the property located at 4400 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 809, Tucson, Arizona, consisting of 886-square-feet of office space, from 4400 Broadway, LLC.
