RETAIL – 3007 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD., TUCSON
FD Arizona, LLC, the franchisee of Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que in Tucson, has signed a lease for 2,037-square-feet at 3007 E. Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ in the Speedway Center, located at the northwest corner of Speedway Blvd. and Country Club Road. The El Paso, Texas based franchisee is owned by Alejandro Orozco. He also owns nine other Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que Restaurant throughout Texas, Nevada and Arizona. The new location is expected to open in April 2019 and is the relocation of the restaurant that was at the corner of Oracle Road and Auto Mall Drive, which closed March 9, 2019.
