A lease for 5,645-square-feet in 5151 E. Broadway to Calimmune, Inc., was recently consummated. The location of the property is at the northeast corner of Broadway and Rosemont in Tucson, AZ. The owner of the property is Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC. Sandy Alter of Rein & Grossoehme represented the Landlord in the transaction.
