Highlighted this week is a 12,000-square-foot retail lease to Aaron Rents at Tri Valley Plaza in Casa Grande. Isaac Figueroa and Elaina Elliot with Larsen Baker handled the transaction.

The following leases were submitted to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from May 10 thru 14, 2021.

RETAIL – 1323 E FLORENCE BLVD., CASA GRANDE, 85122 - Extended North
Aaron Rents has leased 12,000-square-feet of retail space at 1323 E Florence Blvd. Tri Valley Plaza, located in Casa Grande. The Aaron's Company is an American lease-to-own retailer with over 2000 stores in the US. The company focuses on the leasing and sales of furniture, electronics, appliances, and computers. Aaron’s will open for business in October. Isaac Figueroa and Elaina Elliot represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker and handled this transaction. OFFICE – 514 W WHITEHOUSE CANYON RD., GREEN VALLEY, 85712 - South
Renewed Medical Health, PLLC leased 3,478-square-feet of medical space at 514 E. Whitehouse Canyon, Green Valley, Arizona.  Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Larry Hutter with Hutter Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1925 W ORANGE GROVE., TUCSON, 85704 - Northwest
Mary Harrel, MD leased a 3,023-square-foot medical office space at Orange Grove Medical Plaza located at 1925 W. Orange Grove. The landlord was represented by Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon and the Tenant was represented by David Montijo with CBRE, INC.

OFFICE – 3831 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON, 85705 - Central

Nora Barsony, MD leased 1,131-square-foot medical office located at 5601 N. Oracle Road.  Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the tenant and Bruce Suppes with CBRE represented the landlord in this transaction. Forestar USA Real Estate Group, Inc., LLC leased 1,045-square-feet of office space at the Tucson West office building located at 333 E. Wetmore.  Phil Skillings and Andrew Sternberg with NAI Horizon represented the landlord and Buzz Isaacson with Buzz Isaacson Realty represented the tenant in this transaction.
