Industrial activity accounted for 29,021 square feet, office leases totaled 16,550 square feet, and retail leases totaled 2,712 square feet.
The largest office transaction was VeriFone, Inc.’s 13,196-square-foot renewal at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., with Mark Isenberger of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and Bruce Suppes of CBRE Tucson representing the tenant.
