Tucson Lease Report

TUCSON, AZ (May 18, 2026) — Tucson lease activity for the week of May 11–15 totaled 48,283 square feet, led by renewals and expansions in office, industrial, and retail space, along with several reported land leases. Industrial activity accounted for 29,021 square feet, office leases totaled 16,550 square feet, and retail leases totaled 2,712 square feet.

The largest office transaction was VeriFone, Inc.’s 13,196-square-foot renewal at 5151 E. Broadway Blvd., with Mark Isenberger of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR representing the landlord and Bruce Suppes of CBRE Tucson representing the tenant. The largest industrial transaction was Delta Development Team, Inc.’s 10,349-square-foot renewal and expansion at Eastpoint Business Plaza, represented by Paul Hooker, SIOR, and Andrew Keim of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR for the landlord. The largest retail lease was JM Golden Beauty LLC, doing business as Mia Nail Bar & Spa, for 2,200 square feet at Arizona Pavilions, with Stephen Grimm and Juan Pantoja of Grimm Commercial representing the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 1665 E. 18TH ST., TUCSON, AZ, 85719, CENTRAL SUBMARKET
PuroClean of Northeast Tucson leased 1,220 square feet of industrial space at Tucson Tech Park, 1665 E. 18th St., Suite 121, in Tucson, from SBC Investors, LLC. Ajay Madhvani leased 9020 and 9030 S. Eisenhower Rd. in Tucson to a car towing company. The lease start date was May 4, 2026, for a one-year term. There were no brokers on the deal, and the property will be managed by CASAS Realty.

LAND – 1679 N. HALRON CT., TUCSON, AZ, 85705, CENTRAL SUBMARKET
A car dealership from Phoenix leased 1679 N. Halron Ct. in Tucson from property owner Ajay Madhvani. The lease began April 1, 2026, for a one-year term. There were no brokers on the deal, and the property will be managed by CASAS Realty.

River Rd., Suite 101, in Tucson. The West returns all store profits to the Tucson community in the form of grants.
