Imperial Pools and Design LLC leased 2,400-square-feet at the Shoppes at Orange Grove. The space is located at 3805 West River Road, Suite 105. This newest lease brings the center to 100% occupancy. The tenant was represented by Marty Honea of Omni Homes International. Kevin Volk and Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, Orange Grove Center. RETAIL – AJO & KINNEY, TUCSON
Team Arizona Pizza leased 1,500-square-feet at Shops at Ajo & Kinney, a new retail building to be constructed just east of the southeast corner of Ajo Highway and Kinney Road. The tenant will open a Domino's restaurant and will join Dairy Queen, with 3,300 square feet still available in the building. Kevin Volk and Debbie Heslop, CCIM, of Volk Company handled the transaction.
RETAIL – 9725 N. THORNYDALE PLAA, TUCSON
Subway Real Estate LLC leased 1,400-square-feet at Mountain View Plaza located at 9725 N. Thornydale Plaza, Tucson, Arizona. Dave Dutson and Ben Craney with NAI Horizon represented the landlord in this transaction.
RETAIL – IRVINGTON RD. & I-19, TUCSON
Red Star Vapor, LLC leased 1,327-square-feet at Tucson Spectrum at Irvington Road and Interstate 19. This will be Red Star Vapor’s third new store in Tucson. The Landlord, DDR Tucson Spectrum I LLC, was represented by Jayme Fabe of NAI Horizon. Debbie Heslop, CCIM, of Volk Company represented Red Star Vapor, LLC.
RETAIL – 6747 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON

The space is located within Rancho Center, which is anchored by Whole Foods, Bookmans, Mattress Firm, and Performance Bikes. With the completion of this lease, there are now two small suites remaining in the center. The Tenant was represented by Adam Donaldson of CXT Realty, LLC.
