Tucson Lease Report May 30 – June 3, 2016

The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from May 30 thru June 3, 2016.

OFFICE – 3573 E. Sunrise Dr., TUCSON
First Financial Equity Corp. leased 4,520-square-feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with Tucson’s CBRE office represented the landlord. Jeff Casper with CBRE’s Tucson office and Bryce Terveen with CBRE’s Phoenix office represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 5270 S BANTAM RD., TUCSON
Next Level Motorsports, LLC leased approximately 4,500-square-feet of industrial space at 5270 S. Bantam Rd., from Bantam, LLC. Eric Lamb and Aubrey Finkelstein of Vast Real Estate Solutions represented the Landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – 6021 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON
PP Two Inc. in its lease of 4,245-square-feet within Placita Del Oracle Shopping Center to UCXtra Services, LLC, dba Urgent Care Extra Arizona. Placita Del Oracle is located at 6021 North Oracle Road at the northwest corner of Oracle and Rudasill. Other tenants in the center include Mr. An’s, Las Margaritas, Starbucks, and Sparkle Cleaners. Kenneth Elmer of Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the tenant. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented PP Two Inc.

RETAIL – 3655 N ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Escape Room Tucson leased approximately 3,500-square-feet of retail space at 3655 N. Oracle Rd., from Olympic View Properties, Inc. Aubrey Finkelstein of Vast Real Estate Solutions represented the Landlord in the transaction.

OFFICE – 4502 N. 1st Ave., TUCSON
National Community Health Partners renewed 2,814-square-feet of office space at Rillito Corporation Park. David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1650 N. KOLB RE., TUCSON
Fidelity National Title leased 1,987-square-feet of office space at Kolb Executive Park. The landlord was represented by Diana Dessy of Anthem Equity Group. The tenant was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson with CBRE’s Tucson Office.

OFFICE 1773 W. ST. MARY’S RD., TUCSON
Orthopaedic Surgery leased 1,580-square-feet at Tucson Mountain Medical Park at 1773 W. St. Mary’s Road, Tucson.  Bruce Suppes and Dave Volk with the CBRE’s Tucson Office represented the landlord.

Bayada Home Health Care leased 1,364-square-feet at Tucson Mountain Medical Park at 1773 W. St. Mary’s Road, Tucson.  Bayada was represented by Gary Best with Keller Williams Southern Arizona Realty.

RETAIL – 4700 E. SUNRISE DR., TUCSON
General Nutrition Corporation, renewed their lease of 1,200-square-feet at Sunrise Village Shopping Center. Sunrise Village at the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan. The shopping center is anchored by Safeway and CVS. David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sunrise Village Investors, LLC, in the renewal of its lease with

OFFICE – 400 S. Broadway PL., TUCSON
Mercury Ventures Inc. renewed 903 square-feet and signed a new lease for 532 sq. ft. of office space at Broadway Proper. The transaction was handled by Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson Office.

OFFICE – 7070 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON
Tucson Counseling leased 803-square-feet of office space at 7070 N. Oracle Road. Bruce Suppes and David Volk represented the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 6420 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
IME, LLC leased approximately 744 SF of office space at 6420 E. Broadway Blvd., from Wilmot 310, LLC. Aubrey Finkelstein of Vast Real Estate Solutions represented the Landlord in the transaction.
