Tucson Lease report 3-13-16The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from May 8 thru 12, 2017.

RETAIL – 6872 E. SUNRISE DRIVE, TUCSON
JKL Wellness LLC leased 1,636-square-feet at 6872 East Sunrise Drive, Suite 150 for a Club Pilates facility. The space is located within Ventana Village, the Bashas’-anchored shopping center at the southwest corner of Sunrise and Kolb. Greg Furrier of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the tenant.  David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Arneill Ventana LLC.

RETAIL – 1070 E. TUCSON MARKETPLACE BLVD., TUCSON
Vinall Ventures, LLC; dba Planet Sub, leased 1,500-square-feet of space located at 1070 E Tucson Marketplace Blvd Ste B304 – Tucson Marketplace.  Chad Russell with Land Advisors represented the Landlord, Fullerton Tucson Marketplace, LLC. RETAIL – 5421 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Direct Paging and Cellular, Inc., doing business as Authorized Dealer for Cricket Wireless, has signed a lease for 1,460-square-feet in at 5421 E. Broadway Boulevard in the Toy’s R’ Us/Petco Center. Nancy McClure of CBRE completed the deal on behalf of the Landlord, SDR Associates, LLP. The tenant will open this summer.

RETAIL – SE CORNER of SUNRISE and SWAN, TUCSON
Hong T. Tuyet Tran renewed his lease for 1,215-square-foot space at Sunrise Village Shopping    Center. Sunrise Village is located at the southeast corner of Sunrise and Swan and is anchored by Safeway and CVS.  David Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sunrise Village Investors, LLC.

RETAIL – NW CORNER of TANQUE VERDE RD. and CATALINA HWY., TUCSON
