Tucson Lease report 3-13-16The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Commercial Lease Report from November 14 thru 18, 2016.

OFFICE – 5431 W. WILLIAMS CIRCLE, TUCSON
Centene Management Company, LLC renewed their lease for 12,239-square-feet of office space at 5431 E. Williams Circle, Suite 101B in Tucson from WCCP Williams Tech, LLC.  Rick Kleiner, Office Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, and Scott Bazoian with Cushman & Wakefield (St. Louis, MO.), represented the tenant.  Landlord represented themselves in this transaction.

RETAIL – 4158 W. INA RD., MARANA
J & L Family Automotive Repair, LLC leased a 5,100-square-foot automotive repair facility located in Regency Plaza, 4185 W.
