Tucson Lease report 3-13-16The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from October 3 thru 7, 2016.

OFFICE 1725 E. SKYLINE DR., TUCSON
Sunstreet Mortgage, LLC leased 9,329-square-foot office building at the high-visibility corner of Skyline and Pima Canyon. Its address 1725 E. Skyline Drive is prominently located in the Skyline Esplanade Professional Office Centre. The owner of the building is United Insurance Company of America. The Landlord was represented by Michael Sarabia and James Hardman of DESCO Southwest. The Tenant was represented by Doug Marsh of Oxford Realty Advisors, Inc.

INDUSTRIAL – 2470 W. MAJESTIC PARK WAY, TUCSON
GroundProbe North America, LLC leased 7,855-square-feet of space at 2470 W. Majestic Park Way, Suite 120 in Tucson, from 2470 West Majestic, LLC.  GroundProbe is a global technology leader providing advanced hardware and software solutions to the mining industry.  Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented both parties in this transaction.  Pat Welchert, SIOR, represented the landlord, and Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL – 3318 E. PENNSYLVANIA ST., TUCSON
American Manufacturing Excellence, LLC leased 7,538-square-feet at 3318 E. Pennsylvania St. in Tucson, from 420 Aviation, LLC.  Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, Principal with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Alan Moore with Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, represented the tenant in this transaction.

OFFICE – 1101 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON
Quartercircle 10, LLC renewed their lease and expanded their space to a total of 4,800-square-feet at 1101 W. Grant Rd., Suites 202-205 in Tucson, from the Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP.  Quartercircle 10 is a light manufacturer with machinists involved.  Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. RETAIL – 6228 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Southern Arizona Urgent Care leased 4,434-square-feet of retail space in Wilmot Plaza, located at the northeast corner of Broadway Blvd. and Wilmot Rd. in Tucson, from DSW Wilmot Plaza, LP.  This will be the fifth Southern Arizona Urgent Care location serving the Tucson market.  Aaron LaPrise, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant.  Alan Tanner and Brig Stevens with Bourn Advisory Services, represented the landlord in this transaction.

Metro Title Agency of Arizona leased 4,071-square-feet of office space at 301 W. Ajo way. The tenant was represented by Jeff Casper with CBRE.

INDUSTRIAL – 1664 S. RESEARCH LOOP, TUCSON
BlackRock Brewers, Inc. leased 3,760-square-feet in Clairemont Plaza, 1664 S. Research Loop, Suite 200 in Tucson, from Clairemont Partners, LLC.  Rob Glaser, SIOR, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Pete Villaescusa with CBRE, Inc., represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 6228 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON

All My Sons Moving & Storage of Tucson, Inc. leased 2,709-square-feet of retail space at 4825 N. 1st Ave. in Tucson, from 4825 Investments, LLC. All My Sons Moving & Storage is a family-owned, local mover and retail box delivery company specializing in superior customer service.  Jeff Zellet, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 1637 W. GRANT RD., TUCSON
Oak & More, Inc. leased 2,700-square-feet at 1637 W. Grant Rd. in Tucson from Rodgers Hoge Partners.   Locally owned and operated, Oak and More Furniture is Tucson’s premiere outlet for quality wood furniture at the lowest prices in southern Arizona. Wireless PCS AZ, LLC lease of an approximately 2,613-square-foot freestanding building at 2620 East 22nd Street, Tucson. The tenant plans to operate a Metro PCS store in the building, which was formerly occupied by a carniceria.  Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, 2626 Investments, L.L.C.

INDUSTRIAL – 101 N. FREEPORT DR., NOGALES

RETAIL – 4525 E 22ND STREET TUCSON

This is Smashburger’s fourth Tucson area location which is situated in the Oracle Crossings Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Oracle Rd. and Magee Rd. USAVA Lending leased 1,521-square-feet of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center. The tenant was represented by Tim DeNiro with Commercial Group of Tucson. The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE.
