INDUSTRIAL – 2851 N. FLOWING WELLS ROAD, TUCSON
FleetPride, Inc. leased 11,400-sqaye-feet at 2851 N. Flowing Wells Road in Keenan Commerce Center from Keenan Investment Company.  Gary Emerson of GRE Partners, LLC represented the Landlord and Devpal Gupta of Cushman Wakefield represented the Tenant. INDUSTRIAL – 3770 E. 43rd PL., TUCSON
Expert Restaurant Supply, LLC leased 11,195-square-feet at 3770 E. 43rd Pl. in Tucson from Doubletree Investments, Inc.  This represents an expansion for Expert Restaurant Supply, a seller of a wide selection of restaurant equipment and supplies. Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Hall, SIOR, GSCS, Industrial Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.

RETAIL – 100 W. DUVAL MINE RD., SAHUARITA
Mid Rare, LLC, has signed a leased for a 5,836-square-foot restaurant space located at 100 W. Duval Mine Road, Suite 110, Sahuarita, AZ, in the Valley Verde Center at the northwest corner of Interstate 19 and Duval Mine Road. Mid Rare Italian Steakhouse will offer a unique ambiance and contemporary style of steaks, international foods and wines and is estimated to open mid December 2015. Both, executive chef, Juan Herrera and partner, Rocio Prestini, have an extensive background in the restaurant business. Juan, with over 30 years in the business, is the co-owner of Ragazzi Italian Restaurant, located in Green Valley, and has won many awards throughout its 11 years in business. Rocio opened her first restaurant, Restaurant Villa Prestini, in 2007. She later opened the successful Palo Duro Creek Restaurant in 2010 at the Meadow Hills Golf Course in Nogales, AZ. RETAIL – 2936 E BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Bisbee Breakfast Club has signed a lease for 4,396-square-feet located at 2936 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ in Broadway Village at the southwest corner of Broadway Blvd. and Country Club Rd.  The new restaurant is expected to open October 1, 2016 and will serve a variety of breakfast and lunch items. This will be the second location for Bisbee Breakfast Club owners Brent Kyte and his partners. Their first Tucson location opened nearly four years ago at Ina and Old Father Roads and has been very successful. This will be the chain’s 4th location statewide. Bisbee Breakfast Club started in 2005 in Bisbee, Arizona. Quartercircle 10, LLC renewed their lease and expanded to 3,600-square-feet at 1101 W. Grant Rd., Suites 202-204 in Tucson from the Sloat Family Partnership, LLLP.  Quartercircle 10 is a firearms manufacturer who specializes in pistol caliber AR15s.  Stephen D. Cohen and Russell W. Tucson Yoga Sol leased 2,640-square-feet in the Placita Del Norte Shopping Center at 5891 N. Oracle Rd. in Tucson from CAS Real Property, LP.  Greg Furrier, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Roger Breckenridge with Long Realty Company, represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – EASTPOINT MARKETPLACE & SPANISH TRAIL PLAZA, TUCSON
Park Avenue Cleaners leased 2,100-square-feet in Tucson at two different locations -- 1200 square feet were leased in Eastpoint Marketplace, at the southwest corner of 22nd St. and Kolb Rd., from Eastpoint Marketplace Investors; and 900 square feet were leased in the Spanish Trail Plaza Shopping Center, at the northwest corner of 22nd St. and Harrison Rd., from 22nd Harrison, LLC.  Greg Furrier, Retail Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Synthia King with Classic Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant in these transactions. Broadway to Eliot Mangement Group, LLC, was recently consummated.  The location of the property is at the Northeast corner of Broadway and Rosemont in Tucson, Arizona.  The owner of the property is Tucson 5151 Investments, LLC.
