OFFICE – 4400 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
Envestnet Asset Management, Inc., leased approximately 2,575-square-feet of office space located at 4400 E. Broadway Boulevard, Suite 705, Tucson, Arizona, from 4400 Broadway, LLC. Michael Gross of Tucson Realty & Trust Co. represented the Landlord and John Ferguson of Golub & Company, LLC, represented the Tenant in the transaction.
RETAIL – 7575 W. TWIN PEAKS RD., MARANA
Twin Peaks Pizza has leased 1,448-square-feet of restaurant space at 7575 W. Twin Peaks, Suite 121, Marana, Arizona, in Twin Peaks Plaza at the southeast corner of Twin Peaks Rd. and Coachline Blvd. Ted Fisher opened his first restaurant, Dominick’s Real Italian Food, in Cortaro Plaza in 2013. His new pizzeria will have a full menu and specializes in pastas, salads, calzones, and pizza. Craig Finfrock of Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC represented Twin Peaks Pizza, and the Landlord, 7575 W Twin Peaks, LLC, was represented by Gary Heinfeld of Advisors in Real Estate.
OFFICE – 5656 E. GRANT RD., TUCSON
First Insurance Group, Inc. has leased a 990-square-foot space at 5656 E. Grant Rd., located on Grant Rd. just east of Craycroft Rd. The Premises will be used an insurance office offering individual insurance and retirement planning needs. They are scheduled to open for business October 2017. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Barbara McGill, of Tierra Antigua Realty, represented the Tenant.
RETAIL – 2843 N. CAMPBELL AVE, TUCSON
Nate Woiwode, dba Blue Dog Bicycles, leased 700-square-feet at 2843 North Campbell Avenue, Suite 102, Jeramy Price of Volk Company represented the landlord, Valley Rug Gallery LLC and 1st Investments LLC.
