The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from September 29 – October 3, 2014.

RETAIL – 9580 E. 22ND ST., TUCSON, AZ.
Kirkland’s Stores, Inc. leased of 7,500-square-feet at Old Spanish Trail Marketplace. Old Spanish Trail Marketplace is located at the southeast corner of 22nd Street and Harrison Road and is anchored by OfficeMax, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross, and Petco. Roland Mackie of Rightsite represented the Tenant. Rick Borane of Volk Company represented the landlord, ATT-OST Marketplace, LLC and Stores Investments Group, Inc.

OFFICE – 6420 E. BROADWAY, TUCSON, AZ.
Ace Industrial Supply, Inc. leased approximately 5,808-square-feet of office space at the El Mercado Office Plaza, 6420 E. Broadway from EJC Properties, LLLP. Aubrey Finkelstein of Vast Real Estate Solutions represented the Landlord in the transaction.

RETAIL – 333 WEST VALENCIA ROAD, TUCSON, AZ
C & C Valencia, LLC leased 2,823-square-feet of retail space on 18,500-square-foot of land at 333 West Valencia Road for a future Midas store. The Landlord is Faywest Enterprises. Dave Hammack and Terry Dahlstrom of Volk Company represented C & C Valencia, LLC.

RETAIL – 6061 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON, AZ.
SalonCentric, Inc. renewed its lease at 6061 East Broadway Boulevard. The tenant occupies a 2,500-square-foot space in the center. Other tenants in the center include Jason’s Deli, Merle Norman, Tandy Leather, and the Tucson Jazz Institute. Rick Borane of Volk Company represented the Landlord, Broadway Place I LLC. 

RETAIL – 4230 N. ORACLE RD., TUCSON, AZ.
Hector M. Rodriguez leased 2,265-square-feet at Oracle Wetmore Center, 4230 North Oracle Road, Suite 100. The tenant plans to open Jason’s Mexican Food in the space. Other tenants in the center include Walgreens, BJ’s Restaurant, Home Depot, Ulta, Petsmart, Cost Plus, JoAnn, and more. Dave Hammack and Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Hector M. Rodriguez.

RETAIL – 4990 S. CAMPBELL AVE., TUCSON, AZ.
Motor Vehicle Services, LLC extended it’s lease at 4990 South Campbell Avenue. The tenant leases 1,600-square-feet in this retail building, which includes Boost Mobile and a Raspados store as cotenants. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, Sabre-Campbell, LLC.

OFFICE – 1551 W. ST. MARY’s RD., TUCSON, AZ.
Tucson St. Mary’s Plaza, LLC leased 1,500-square-feet within St. Mary’s Plaza to Rodney D. Young Insurance Agency. The tenant plans to open a Fred Loya Insurance office in the center, which is anchored by Safeway and Dollar Tree. Donald Z. Lieberman of KW Commercial represented the tenant. Dave Hammack and Rick Borane of Volk Company represented the landlord.

OFFICE – 6524 E. CARONDELET DRIVE, TUCSON, AZ.
Millenium Health and Balance PLLC leased 1,488-square-feet at 6524 East Carondelet Drive. The Landlord, Michael and Debbie Lennon, was represented by David Montijo, Jeffrey Casper, and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE. Dave Hammack and Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Millenium Health and Balance PLLC.

RETAIL – 3720 W. INA RD., TUCSON, AZ. 
MAS Wireless 22, LLC, dba Cricket Communications, leased 1,200-square-feet at 3720 West Ina Road, Suite 112, within Gold Canyon Plaza. The landlord is Red Mountain Asset Fund II, LLC and Dorazio Investments, Inc. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented MAS Wireless 22, LLC.

RETAIL – 11015 N. ORACLE ROAD, TUCSON, AZ.
Evergreen-Steam Pump, L.L.C., leased 1,180-square-feet at 11015 North Oracle Road, Suite 151, to Carol Bridges for a Farmers Insurance office. The space is located within the Steam Pump Village shops building. Steam Pump Village is a mixed-use project on the west side of Oracle Road, just north of First Avenue, and includes Carpet One, Basis School Oro Valley, Chili’s, Quik Trip, Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, and new luxury apartments by HSL. Dave Hammack and Brenna Lacey of Volk Company represented the landlord, Evergreen-Steam Pump, L.L.C.

RETAIL – 4240 N. 1ST. AVE., TUCSON, AZ.
Rillito Marketplace One, LLC, leased 1,024-square-feet at Rillito Crossing Marketplace to Muhammed Nabeel Salman and Tahani Eid Salman, dba Ice Cold Gelato and Yogurt. Rillito Crossing Marketplace is located at the northeast corner of First Avenue and Limberlost and is anchored by Sprouts and LA Fitness. Rick Borane, Dave Hammack, and Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented the landlord, Rillito Marketplace One, LLC.
