Details are sketchy still, but the 4,158 sq. ft. iconic steakhouse at 3001 N Swan Road in Tucson, known for 22 years as Chad’s Steakhouse, that closed on April 25th is reported leased this week. The new tenant has a lease option on the property and we are told will re-brand it, more news on this property to follow as it becomes available.
