Sauce Pizza & Wine and Prep & Pastry have signed leases to occupy space in a new building to be constructed by Rusty Garrett and Bob Gugino of Grant Wilmot Retail, LLC. The 6,000-square-foot building will be constructed at 6450 East Grant Road, near Wilmot, next to the existing Zin Burger restaurant.
