The following commercial leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the Tucson Lease Report from August 17 thru 21, 2015.

RETAIL – 475 W. WETMORE, TUCSON
Antique Village has leased a 6,817-square-foot space at Wetmore Plaza, located on the SW corner of Oracle Rd. and Wetmore Rd. The Premises will be used as a showroom, display gallery and retail store for the sales of antiques and related products. They are scheduled to open for business November 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – BROADWAY BLVD & KOLB, TUCSON
Hooters has leased 5,200-square-feet on Broadway Blvd. just east of Kolb Rd. The Premises will be used as a restaurant/sports bar. They are scheduled to open in the summer of 2016. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 475 W. WETMORE, TUCSON
Arizona Wholesale has leased 5,022-square-feet at Wetmore Plaza, located on the SW corner of Oracle Rd. and Wetmore Rd. The Premises will be used as a showroom, display gallery and wholesale store for kitchen and bath appliances and related custom home building products and services. They are scheduled to open for business November 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Clint Buckelew, of Buckelew Realty, represented the Tenant.

OFFICE – 3864 E 34th ST., TUCSON
Exclusive Nails Couture Professional, L.L.C. leased 3,812-square-feet at 3864 East 34th Street, Suite 109. The landlord, AP&D Investments, L.L.P, was represented by Rob Glaser of PICOR. Kevin Volk of Volk Company represented Exclusive Nails.

OFFICE – 5340 E. BROADWAY BLVD., TUCSON
H&R Block has leased 3,415-square-feet at The Plaza at Williams Centre, located on the SW corner of Broadway Blvd. and Craycroft Rd. The Premises will be used as an office offering tax preparation and CPA services. They are scheduled to open for business in the fall of 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Chris Hollenbeck of DTZ Retail, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 4811 E. GRANT RD., TUCSON
United Healthcare has leased 2,804-square-feet at Crossroads Festival, located on the NE corner of Grant Rd. and Swan Rd. The Premises will be used as a Medicare enrollment office, for promoting the products and businesses of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated and its affiliated companies and for related office and administrative uses. They are scheduled to open for business September 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 901-935 W. PRINCE ROAD, TUCSON
TG Water Sports & Clearance Outdoors has leased a 2,062-square-foot space at Prince & Fairview Plaza, located on the SW corner of Prince Rd and Fairview Ave. The Premises will be used as a retail store offering sporting goods for outdoor and water sports. They are now open for business. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 4626 E. SPEEDWAY BLVD, TUCSON
Vanessa’s Beauty Boutique and Nail Salon has leased 1,890-square-feet at 4626 E. Speedway Blvd., from Speedway Swan Plaza, LLC.  Robert Nolan of Oxford Realty Advisors handled the transaction.

OFFICE – 201 W. CUSHING ST., TUCSON
Malena Produce, Inc. subleased 1,885-square-feet at 201 W. Cushing St. in Tucson from Lizard Rock Designs, LLC.  Denisse Angulo-Badilla, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the tenant and  Ian Stuart with CBRE, represented the landlord in this transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 6890 N. CAMINO MARTIN, TUCSON
Blue Mountain Custom Builders, LLC leased 1,500-square-feet at 6890 N. Camino Martin, Suite 130 in Tucson from Camino Martin Partners II, LLC.  Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 45 S. 6th AVE., TUCSON
Chicago Music Store, LLC leased 1,485-square-feet at 45 S. 6th Ave. in Tucson from Rich Rodgers Central, Inc.  Brandon Rodgers, CCIM, Industrial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, handled this transaction.

RETAIL – 64 N. HARRISON RD., TUCSON
Arizona Computer Guru, LLC leased 1,370-square-feet at 64 N. Harrison Rd., Suite B100 in Tucson from JDJK Investments, LLP.  Rob Tomlinson and Greg Furrier, Retail Specialists with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord and Kevin Volk with Volk Company, represented the tenant in this transaction.

RETAIL – 5075 N. LA CANADA BLVD., TUCSON
Jared Grant Insurance Agency, LLC. leased 1,200-square-feet at 5075 North La Canada Boulevard, Suite C-9. The space is located within River Park Village at the northwest corner of River and La Canada. River Park Village is anchored by Albertson’s and includes co-tenants such as Snap Fitness, Whataburger, Subway, and Papa John’s. Bruce Suppes of CBRE represented the tenant. Dave Hammack of Volk Company represented the landlord, 542 Hobart-Arizona, L.L.C and Las Tunas-Arizona, L.L.C.

RETAIL – I-10 AT ORANGE GROVE RD., TUCSON
M.Y. Martial Arts has leased a 1,200-square foot space at Marana Marketplace, located on the SE corner of River Rd. and Thornydale Rd. in Marana Arizona. The Premises will be used as a martial arts studio. They are scheduled to open for business in the fall of 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the Landlord, Larsen Baker, while Lori Casey, of Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the Tenant.

RETAIL – 2359 E. COCHISE VISTA, SIERRA VISTA
Epic Smokeless, LLC has leased a 1,146-square-foot space at Cochise Plaza, located on the NE corner of Fry Blvd. and Coronado Rd. in Sierra Visa, Arizona. The Premises will be used as a retail store specializing in the sale and onsite use of electronic cigarettes and related equipment service. They are scheduled to open for business in the fall of 2015. Andy Seleznov and Melissa Lal represented the landlord, Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 4155 W. INA RD., TUCSON
Perfectly Planned by Candida / Perfectly Inviting Invitations leased 1,060-square-feet in Regency Plaza at 4155 W. Ina Rd., Suite 141 in Marana from Tin Cup Properties, LLC.  Ron Zimmerman, Commercial Specialist with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, represented the landlord in this transaction.
