Industrial transactions accounted for the largest share of new space leased. At the same time, notable office and medical activity included Haven Health at Tri-Point Plaza by Richard M. Kleiner, MBA, and Alexis Corona with Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and Michael Coretz with the Commercial Real Estate Group; Uplift Hospice by Phil Skillings and Kyle Kilgore with NAI Horizon, at the Williams Centre, and Unified Women’s Healthcare’s renewal and expansion in Oro Valley by Andrew Sternberg of Remedy Medical Properties.
