Tucson Leases March 2-6, 2026

TUCSON, AZ (March 9, 2026) — A total of 19,445 square feet of Tucson leases were reported this week, mostly renewals, including 9,816 square feet of industrial space, 9,493 square feet of retail space, and 136 square feet of office space. The largest industrial transaction was Lewis Framing Studio LLC’s 2,440-square-foot renewal at Tucson Tech Park in South Central Tucson, the top retail transaction was Banner University Medical Group’s 6,000-square-foot renewal at Ventana Village Shopping Center in the Catalina Foothills, and the week’s office lease was a 136-square-foot deal for Russell Public Communications at The Marquez Professional Campus in Central Tucson.
